Cancellation Policy

ㅇ 3 days before departure: No cancellation fee (100% refund) ㅇ 2 days before departure ~ Departure date: 100% cancellation fee for tour fee Reservation date changes can be made within 48 hours. However, it will be canceled if the tour schedule is not available. The cut-off time is based on the local time of the experience. Please Note: All tours are subject to our Terms of Sale which can be found here. In the event of severe weather, MYTOURSTORY reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any tour due to unsafe conditions. Any tour canceled by MYTOURSTORY due to unsafe conditions will receive a 100% refund.
